ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣ ΜΑΣΤΡΟΚΩΣΤΑΣ

Mr. Apostolos Chelidonis is Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace. He graduated from the Law School of Athens and the corresponding faculty of Johannes Gutenberg Universitat Mainz, Germany, where he wrote his doctoral dissertation on the law of warranty. His publications span the entire spectrum of the five books of DC, but special attention is given to the institutions of contract law. Teach occasionally more items Obligations Law (General Principles, General and Specific Obligations Law, Family Law, Probate Law and Introduction to Law and the Civil Law). The k.Apostolos Chelidonis is a lawyer of the Supreme Court, a member of the Governing Council of Thessaloniki.
